By accessing and using the Raqet application ("the App"), you accept these Terms and Conditions of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Raqet is a social platform for racket sports that allows users to organize matches, manage clubs, follow the professional circuit and connect with other players. The service is available as a mobile app (iOS and Android) and as a web platform.

3. Registration and Account

To use Raqet you need to create an account by providing your email address. Authentication is done through verification codes sent to your email. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

When using Raqet, you agree to: provide truthful and updated information; not use the platform for illegal purposes; not harass, intimidate or discriminate against other users; not attempt to access other users' data without authorization; not interfere with the normal operation of the platform.

5. User Content

Users are responsible for the content they publish on the platform. Raqet reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms or is deemed inappropriate.

6. Intellectual Property

Raqet and its content, features and functionality are the property of Raqet and are protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

Raqet is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for match organization, court availability, or interactions between users outside the platform.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication on the platform.
